Hotair is the latest to echo the now apparently official way to refer to terrorism under Bush.

Terrorism doesn’t begin and end with AQ at all, and if Obama doesn’t understand that, then he’s extremely ill-prepared for his task in the next four years of stopping terrorists, a task at which Bush succeeded after 9/11.

If you ignore the worst terror attack in U.S. history, attacks on our allies, and the mailing of Anthrax… George W. Bush kept America safe from terrorism.
