“Two brothers and another teen appeared in Sumner County general sessions court Wednesday, saying that on separate occasions they had sex with Portland High School teacher Sandy Binkley, sometimes on school property during school hours. In September, Binkley was charged with one count of statutory rape involving an authority figure. Since then, two more students have come forward, telling police they also had sex with Binkley.” [Link]
