“Police said when they found April Griffin, 29, and her son at the house of a relative Friday she gripped the boy so tightly they had to stun her, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported. The Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare has custody of the 2-year-old. DeAngela Ellis, a lawyer for Legal Action for Wisconsin, said the father, Matthew Sebuliba, and his son will be reunited soon.” [Link]
