“Actress Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday night on suspicion of drunk driving in Montecito, police said this morning. Locklear, no longer in custody, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol and booked around 8 p.m., said Sgt. Alex Tipolt of the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department. ” [Link]
