“The Door County District Attorney’s Office has officially charged 39 year old Darren Berg with three counts of Sex Assault of Student by School Staff. According to the criminal complaint, the first charge is for an alleged incident of sexual intercourse between Berg and a 17 year old female student between July and September of 2009. ” [Link]

“The Wisconsin teen convicted of using a Facebook scam to blackmail his classmates for sex acts will soon know his sentence. Nineteen-year-old Anthony Stancl of New Berlin pleaded no contest in December to two felonies, including repeated sexual assault of a child. He faces up to 50 years in prison when he’s sentenced Wednesday afternoon. Prosecutors have said they’ll recommend a ’substantial’ sentence.” [Link]

“Pierce County District Attorney’s Office charged Rebecca Ann O’Malley-Tietz, 34, of River Falls, with first degree sex assault of a child. O’Malley-Tietz worked as a special education aide in the River Falls School District’s Harbor Program from Aug. 2007 through March 2008.” Link
