“According to Bullitt County investigators, Lands had inappropriate sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl. ‘Where this becomes a crime is that he’s a person of authority that being a coach or teacher or someone like that with a student,’ said Lt. Scotty McGaha of the Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office. McGaha said the alleged sexual encounter happened once at Bullitt Central and that investigators have confiscated text messages and emails between the two that contained graphic content.” Link

Teen Arrested For Cell Phone Porn
“A Muscle Shoals High School student who is accused of sending pornographic material to minors from his cell phone was arrested just before lunch Thursday at the high school, officials said. Colbert County Sheriff Ronnie May said members of his department along with Muscle Shoals police made the arrest. The 18-year-old is charged with distribution of obscene materials to minors.” Link
