Canadian designer Mark Fast has heads turning, with fashion models such as size 16 American Crystal Renn drawing praise from fashion industry heavy-weights. “Watson’s first fashion campaign, for Burberry, sent its sales soaring by 12 per cent in the final three months of last year to £380 million, smashing forecasts. Trench coats and handbags flew off the shelves after Watson was pictured with them. Burberry has signed her for a second season this spring/summer. The contract finishes in July. Karl McKeever, brand director at Visual Consultancy, said: ‘I expect her to be extremely in demand. She could be the next Keira Knightley, who landed one of the Chanel contracts.’” Link
