FAMU In Lawsuit Vs. “Big Rattler 77″ Sex Tape
“Big Rattler 77 is an amateur pornographic video that surfaced recently and suggests that the participants are from a black college in Florida with the colors orange and green. Although the video never says the students are from FAMU, the University says the damage is done. They first issued a cease and desist for the website showing the video and now they’re suing. Images taken from the video show the people are in a room with green curtains and an orange a green lei. A still shot from the video shows a FAMU clock on the wall. Students say they’re glad to see action is being taken because the images are embarrassing to their school.” [Link]
