“An Emmy-winning CBS News producer accused of shaking down David Letterman for $2 million will plead guilty Tuesday in exchange for a six-month jail sentence, sources said. Under the agreement, Robert Halderman will also serve 4 1/2 years probation and do 1,000 hours of community service.
