Clintonistas Get Stuck In Their Spin Again

Howard Wolfson tries to deny Joe Andrews coming from Indiana, but the criteria he uses would disqualify Clinton’s claims of coming from New York, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, etc. It’s like blowback.

Josh Marshall notices this as the latest Clinton spin gone wild and dumb.

Boy, is James Carville ever gonna have a long “traitor’s list”.

To Josh Marshall’s point, the Clinton campaign has actually done a pretty fair job–with the exception of this remark by Wolfson–of NOT letting its surrogates trash Joe Andrew the way Carville did when Richardson defected.

The problem is no one outside of DC establishment circles knows who Andrew is. So why did Wolfson even bother making the statement? I didn’t even know Andrew was, much less that he was DNC chair at one time and I am a political junkie.
