What, Iran is off the hook now? Fucking Syria now? I wish they’d stick to the script.
Huh? But that is the script: Keep changing the story and soon claim Oceania has always been at war with Eastasia.
Oh, right. I keep missing the 2-minute hate.
One photograph shows a North Korean nuclear scientist named Chon Chibu standing beside a person believed to be his Syrian counterpart. Mr Chon has worked at North Korea’s Yongbyon nuclear reactor, which produced the material for the bomb North Korea tested in 2006, and has dealt with US officials in the past. The US official said the date of the meeting was unclear, but said the vintage of a car that appears in the background suggests it was sometime after 2005.
I might have missed the part about NK killing us on Tuesday. All I saw were reports about NK assisting Syria with its Nuke program.
I guess maybe you folks would prefer that we only keep track of one region at a time.
I guess maybe you folks would prefer that we only keep track of one region at a time.
Well, you don’t expect me to be terrified of everybody, do you? Or do you?
Duros…
I think that’s one of the more amusing memes, if I may use blog speak, from the left. Recognizing, publicly acknowledging, and addressing a potential threat does not equate to fear.
Yes, it is very amusing.
Know what else is amusing? How these sorts of reports and “warnings” always sort of magically appear around election times. No, potential threats do not equate fear, but they are designed to plant the seeds.
Duros…
The most amusing thing of all is the inevitable claim of “questionable timing” that comes from the left each and every time a significant event happens in this country. The election is 7 months away. We’ve been talking about North Korea for a couple years now. Some things actually just happen without the puppet master tweaking his strings.
No, potential threats do not equate fear, but they are designed to plant the seeds.
That’s an interesting statement. So North Korea, who is openly hostile to our ally South Korea, built and tested a nuclear weapon in order to plant the seed of fear in the U.S. electorate?
Um, no. Skip it. It went over your head.
Nothing went over my head Duros. North Korea is a potential threat. To accuse someone other than North Korea of planting the seeds of fear is to deny that North Korea is, through their own actions, a potential threat. Nobody made this up.
