With most Republicans I would agree this is just a lie from Gallagher, but I've never been impressed that Mike Gallagher is intelligent enough to lie. He's enough of a dipshit, he might not understand what a tool he is. (Still your pic of the other Gallagher is unfair to that Gallagher, who no matter what anyone says, I shall always love for his smashing antics.)
