Not only was this a bi-partisan effort, but Bill Clinton signed it. This is another thing Hillary can chalk up to “experience”.

Amazing it took 66 years to forget the lessons and less than 6 years for the corruption and bad actors to re-occur.

Regarding Clinton or Obama, I am not sure the problem is with Bill Clinton, as much as it is with our current “liberal” economists. Most of our well regarded “liberal” economists probably pushed NAFTA and probably pushed this as well.
