I’m still watching but it’s amazing how they refuse to even answer simple questions and drop storylines so quickly. Remember the three toed statue? Nobody else does.

I read that season five will be the last season of Lost. Hopefully they will wrap up all of the loose plot threads before it is all over.
Lost doesn’t drop story lines. Some will come back later, some are false leads. The tension produced by unanswered questions is, for some, unsettling. For others it is the reason they keep watching.
Lost is not and has never been the average American TV show. The people who watch Lost believe that is a good thing. Enjoyment seems to result from reflection, decoding allusions and, most of all, spinning theories.
It’s not for everybody, but so what?
And the statute was a four-toed left foot.
