Out Of The Comfort Zone: NFL Week 1 Notes

Man, I didn’t realize until just a few minutes ago that the Redskins game today is going to be on CBS. I’m used to that happening around week 2 or 3 when we first play an AFC team, but not in week one. If I were still living in Florida I’d want to beat the perennially over-hyped Dolphins even worse than I already do.

Watching ESPN’s NFL Countdown, it seems that the big-mouthed Keyshawn Johnson is going to rival Deion Sanders for wardrobe ridiculousness.

Hail Skins!

UPDATE: How long are the football pundits going to keep giving Norv Turner a pass for his horrible job coaching QBs in DC, Oakland, and Miami? He coached Hall of Famer Troy Aikman and it was downhill from there. You think maybe that was more Troy Aikman’s awesome skill and not Norv Turner?
