Osama Bin Laden: The Dumb Guy George Bush Can’t Catch

One of the most intriguing things about today’s Bin Laden tape drop (he’s alive, right-wing mythmakers) is how dumb the guy is. His “demands” such as they are are just ridiculous, even for a mass murderer. Like we’ll decide as a nation to become Islamic overnight or something. “Yeah, Bin Laden, America has decided to follow you along.” Sheesh. And we can’t catch him. Still. Six years later.

Change the country to Islam? Uhhh…sure! We’ll all change! But we need someone to teach us all about it, so stop on by when you have a few minutes, ‘kay?

I think there’s something major planned for next year. After the Democratic National Convention but before the Republican National Convention.

I don’t think he was seriously demanding that the US convert to Islam. He’s proselytizing just as evangelist xians do. Let’s not read too much into it. It didn’t seem like he was demanding anything, really, just an Old Man Rant.
and he made some good points about the media and the democrats not stepping up.

I think there’s something major planned for next year.

Wasn’t something supposed to happen in DC in August? Chertoff’s gut© can’t be wrong!
