Right Hand Meet Left Hand

Yet another collision of b.s. with facts.

After learning that the Bush administration claimed that the Office of Administration wasn’t subject to Freedom of Information Act requests, CREW did some research. Seems the White House website, which is an official voice of the Bush administration, states otherwise.

By what stretch of the imagination would the executive branch NOT be subject to the freedom of information act?

Wasn’t the FoIA instituted specifically to curb abuses of secrecy by the executive?

It won’t be long before Bush claims HE’s not part of the executive branch either.
