Two points:
1. During the “millions of Americans are getting a raise” montage, we’re shown (among others) a steelworker, a refinery worker, and a blue collar guy. All of which were NOWHERE NEAR the minimum wage floor.
2. … “And that lifts up every working American.”
If by “lifts up”, you mean “saddling them with inflation”, then sure!
Everyone in this country is “saddled” with inflation, Farris. What’s your point?
