Are the Senate Dems really so afraid that they won’t hold a no-confidence vote on Alberto Gonzales?

A useless nonbinding resolution was all the rage a few months ago, but a sense of the senate rebuking the chief law enforcement officer of the country for being a partisan hack is too hard?
Seems the story was mistaken. The “senior Democratic aide” appears to be Mitch McConnell.
Hmmm.. I kinda like the feel of Gonzo twisting slowly, sowly in the wind like a piñata while both the Rethugs and the Dems take whacks at him and see what drops out…
