John Edwards: Plane Truths & The Golden Rule

I think he’s learned from 2004. The 2008 election, at least among Democrats, is going to be won by the candidate who seems the most real.

    Edwards is now tied with Obama in Iowa. I guess my senator is more real. yes!

    This is really gonna be a horse race in 2008. The Democrat candidates are much stronger, and if you put the likes of Joe Biden in the Vice spot, the mccain/lieberman ticket doesn’t stand a chance.

    Keepin it real, baby!! with your multi-million dollar gulfstream IV, your several hundred dollar pair of raybans, your red-carpet arrival at the airport, your advance team, etc.

    Rich people can be “real” too, ya know. Authenticity doesn’t come from being economically like the average American, it comes from thinking like the average American.

    But when you talk about “seeming real”, it’s hard to beat Obama in that respect. He’s just so relaxed and informal.
