“Jason D. Lanser, 29, 1601 E. Roeland Ave., Appleton, was released from the Outagamie County Jail on Monday after posting a $5,000 cash bond on a charge of child enticement. Lanser, who used the computer name ‘diaperboy73,’ struck up a conversation with the 16-year-old Kimberly girl on the Internet and the two agreed to meet at her home on Dec. 21, according to the criminal complaint. The girl told police she and Lanser shared a bottle of rum after he arrived, and the two talked about sexual matters, including bondage. He then grabbed her by the hair, tried to kiss her and touched her on the leg. She fled to the bathroom and locked the door, and Lanser was gone when she finally opened the door.” [Link]

“A woman working at a beer tent last July told an officer she thought the man was joking when he asked for two beers — one for him and another for his 4-year-old son. When he was questioned by an officer, he told him it’s legal for underage children to drink in Wisconsin, as long as they’re with their parents. “Wendy Brown is charged with felony identity theft after enrolling in a Wisconsin high school as her daughter. The criminal complaint says Brown admitted to telling school officials she was 15 because she wanted to get her high school diploma and join the cheerleading squad. She allegedly attended practices, received a cheerleader’s locker and went to a pool party at the coach’s house. The complaint says Brown has a history of identity theft.
