its the employees that made it go down, if your dumbass’s woulda helped customers like you were suppose to then u guys wouldnt be closing down some of your stores, think about it. Late to the thread, but I have to say that Circuit City provided the best customer service my wife and I have seen in years.
I’m sorry to see them fall on hard times, and hope they can rebound.
we had a holiday kickoff meeting yesterday which actually began by discussing the issue at which time the closing stores found out they were closing (some of which were laying ppl off within 48 hrs) and the ones staying open found out they were staying open.
cc employee- thats a lie, they didnt lay people off within 48 hours, they are keeping you guys till they sell off everything in the store. if you leave before then thats your choice.
