Get serious.

She's not hitting Mr. Obama for something he said in the third grade. She's hitting him for something he said just recently--that he's not running for President because he has held a lifelong aspiration to do so.

And why would Mr. Obama make such an odd assurance to voters? Why, to differentiate himself from the "ambitious" Ms. Clinton.

Yeah, it's stupid, trivial stuff. But it's stupid and trivial on both sides, not just on Ms. Clinton's.

It's not like I didn't rap Obama on similar issues. But Kindergarten citations are a step too far.

Still Quaker, this is just digging in an empty barrel. An essay written in third grade is hardly evidence of a "lifelong aspiration." If Barack was like any other kid, I'm sure that the first time he saw a cop show he thought about how cool it would be to be a cop, and if the assignment had hit that week, it would have been "I Want To Be Columbo."
