Carson Daly Has Writers?

The news really isn't that Carson Daly is going to cross the strike picket line, but that his show has writers. Even by the very low standards of network television, the Carson Daly show is a singularly unfunny bit of material. I've occasionally seen the beginning of the show after leaving the TV on NBC after the actually hilarious Conan O'Brien, and never seen a thing worth cracking a smile let alone a laugh over. I just always assumed Daly had compromising photos of some GE executive and thats how he kept his Byron Allen style TV show on the air.
