Gawker: Princeton Hushed Up Rape Allegation Vs. Meg Whitman’s Son

Very interesting.

Griffith Rutherford Harsh V was never arrested or charged with a crime in connection with the incident. Princeton dealt with it quietly and internally, ultimately allowing Harsh to continue his education. He graduated with the class of 2009, three years after his rape accusation—and two years after the inauguration of Whitman College, the residential living complex his billionaire mother donated $30 million to help build. The donation was announced in 2002, the year before Griff matriculated.

    Not what I would say even if forced to comment, Squid, but if Gawker is your thing and all you can say about a story there is ‘Very interesting’ because you don’t want to commit to an opinion about it’s veracity, then hey. more power to ya. Some guys do the gamer thing, some guys read comics, some ruffle feathers at lib blogs, so if this is your thing, don’t let me rain on your parade.

    I hope the mouth breathers on the right are taking notice, “Princeton”. Sounds like an elite school to me….Yeah I didn’t expect the party of “something, something something, lower taxes…” to notice. It’s only “elite” when it’s a liberal, when it’s a conservative it is usually “nothing to see here”.
