I think the White House ought to send old Bork a thank you note. Whatever concerns pro-choice folks have about Kagan should continue to evaporate.

Failed conservative Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork is joining anti-abortion activists to publicly oppose confirming Elena Kagan as a justice.

Bork plans to detail his criticisms of Kagan during a Wednesday news conference organized by Americans United for Life. The group calls itself the country’s first national pro-life organization, and brands Kagan a pro-abortion activist.

    Bork? Wasn’t he one of the original drafters of the Constitution? We’re so lucky to have one of them around to explain everything to us, instead of having to make decisions about what gets prioritized over what, when parts conflict with each other.
