I think the White House ought to send old Bork a thank you note. Whatever concerns pro-choice folks have about Kagan should continue to evaporate.
Failed conservative Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork is joining anti-abortion activists to publicly oppose confirming Elena Kagan as a justice.
Bork plans to detail his criticisms of Kagan during a Wednesday news conference organized by Americans United for Life. The group calls itself the country’s first national pro-life organization, and brands Kagan a pro-abortion activist.

Is Bork going to Bork Kagan?

Maybe the great advocate of tort reform Robert Bork could fall off another podium and sue for more damages.
Hey, he only was asking for a million dollars. Seems reasonable considering the lasting injuries the fall caused. Those being… yeah.
Bork? Wasn’t he one of the original drafters of the Constitution? We’re so lucky to have one of them around to explain everything to us, instead of having to make decisions about what gets prioritized over what, when parts conflict with each other.
Yeah, but what if Bork had made it onto the court. This whole appointment for life benefit needs some rethinking.
More likely, he’s going to Sharron Angle her.
so what happened with his frivolous lawsuit?
