    about time, good ad too.
I’m from the south and I’m starting to hate those fuckers

Meh. This looks like a strained attempt at guilt by association. Plus I’m not crazy about the strategy of setting one part of the country against another, no matter what the geography or political motivation.

  3. The Big Pill says:

That’s the thing about the south… they take great pride in pitting themselves against every other region of the country. They take positions that have alienated them and historically left them sucking hind tit (ya like that? …that’s a southern term) for generations. Appeals to reason or progress mean nothing. No, nobody has to alienate the south… they have, and will continue, to alienate themselves.

Yeah, but… Tim Cahill isn’t exactly one of us — he’s using that ad to run against Deval Patrick for governor of Massachusetts. He opposed health care reform and claims to have voted for McCain in ’08. So that ad doesn’t make him a Democrat or a good guy.

A Massachusetts Democrat running against “the machine politics of the past”?

    Hillarious!!
