McCain Says No Americans Killed/Wounded In Iraq In Last 3 Months

Untrue. But then it’s not like this guy is a major political figure who should know these facts. And he certainly didn’t come second in an election to be the commander-in-chief…
What’s that?

Does he at least remember how many houses he owns?
To be fair, the man has been alive during many, many wars. He just forgot what
centurydecade he was in.Poor John. All those things he used to believe in or know have disappeared in a paranoid, desperate haze.
For god’s sake, have someone on your staff research this stuff! Unless it’s the same staff that vetted Palin, then you’ve got me.
He’s goin’ Reagan on us – meaning advancing senility. Another reason why it’s a damn good thing the majority of American voters told him and Slick Sally to stuff it.
McCain makes stuff up daily and gets sunday show bookings every week as a reward
When he starts asking “Mommy” when it’s nap time, then I’ll really get scared.
To be fair to McCain, it is true that no U.S. soldier died in Iraq in December of 2009 – the first month that was ever true.
However, extrapolating from that one data point all the way to now is lazy, factually wrong, and irresponsible on the part of McCain and his staff. At least a dozen people serving in Iraq have died since then. He should know that. Not on a daily basis, perhaps, but certainly before he opens his mouth in public.
More carelessness with facts and words from McCain is unfortunately not surprising.
If McCain hopes to expand beyond the senile and brain dead demographics, facts may become more important, regardless of how shrill Palin gets.
For god’s sake, have someone on your staff research this stuff!
Why bother? If nobody but a liberal blog calls him on it (which, let’s face it, is almost certainly what will happen), what does he care?
Yeah, wasn’t he in that war with George Washington and the boat and stuff?
No contested elections in mideast except Iraq + Israel?
What about Iran – they had an election, and it was hotly contested. And when the regime faked the results, folks took to the streets and were slaughtered.
The same McCain who also assured us “the fundamentals of the economy are sound”? No kidding?
Those people clapping are just like the Faux news Sheeple and the information challeged “teabaggers”…they are friggin’ CLUELESS!
A question. Do they count soldiers who died from non-combative injuries, or unknown injuries?
If they do–three died in December.
