According to CNN’s source, his intestines were nicked in the middle of surgery on his gallbladder.

    It says a lot about quality Health Care when a congressman dies of a simple operation. Republicans would not want his family to be able to sue. Tort reform would tell his family how much his life was worth. On second thought, there may be an exception built in the legislation for VIP’s like Politicians.

    Actually, anytime a person has any type of surgical treatment or any treatment for that matter, they are electing to have the care. As we all know, there are risks with everything in life and especially surgical procedures. We the people need to take part of the accountibily and NOT point fingers at people just doing their jobs!!

    So Murther was treated in a Government run Hospital, um whats that tell you.
