A New Peeping Tom Defense

Somebody is not a quick thinker.
A 17-year-old Lake Travis High School student has been charged with improper photography after nearly 150 close-up photos of females’ bodies were found on his cell phone, according to an arrest affidavit filed Monday .
All 39 females were clothed in the photos, but they appeared to be taken without their consent, the affidavit says.
Anthony Marco Gigliotti was reported Jan. 6 when a student saw him photograph a girl from behind during class, the document says.
According to an affidavit, Gigliotti told an assistant principal that he took the photos because sex education was lacking at the school.

Obviously a Rush Limbaugh protegé. http://is.gd/7CwaA (Rush Limbaugh: ‘I love the women’s movement — especially when walking behind it.’)
The kid’s a little quicker than John Edwards’ ducking into the men’s room and locking the door when caught coming out of Rielle Hunter’s hotel room, but not by much.
Big age difference though.
And he’s burned through 3 marriages? Hard to believe.
Or Sen Vitter confessing not only to infidelity but to lawbreaking, his wife alongside him in an outfit more suited to a cocktail party than a press conference, and who could forget Sen. Craig(Wide Stance-Idaho) and his contortions as well?
arrested! charged! isn’t that a bit excessive? i can understand school disciplinary action, counseling, and, if he were my kid, family discussion and discipline; however, unless there is a lot more to the story, making this a criminal case strikes me as unduly harsh and more likely to do harm than good.
Gigliotti clearly hasn’t learned the right lessons. He should have claimed he was doing undercover journalistic investigations to expose the atheist liberal sex-ed and underwear conspiracy funded by George Soros. Then he coulda had a nice softball interview on FOX News!
if they were dressed, what’s the big deal? arresting him does seem excessive. i guess he goes to school in a repub district and should have photographed naked boys
