GOP Says Health Care Bill Is… TOO SHORT?

11:39 am EST December 10th, 2009 | Republicans | 6 Comments

Oh, shut up. Senate Republicans, after months of bitching about the length of the bill, are now whining that it isn’t long enough?

As Archie Bunker used to say: Stifle yourselves.

Sometimes I get accused of being too dismissive of conservatives and Republicans. Things like this are why my attitude towards them is so dismissive. They’re not actually interested in solving things, just being little whiners when out of power and abusers when in power.

Everyone knows that it isn’t the number of pages that count. What really matters is the number of times the word “freedom” appears in the bill.

Are they really resorting to Goldie Locks tactics here?

I just slammed my head on my desk so hard that I have a pen stuck in it. Thanks, Republicans.
