    Newspapers lost people by relying too heavily on AP, Reuters and Creators Syndicate and not having enough local content. Now they want to sue bloggers and search engines

    Not only do I not understand what he’s complaining about, but he seems to have a solution for it that I don’t understand either.

    In any case, he seems to think that Google is some kind of news aggregation service, and to be fair, about 0.001% of it is. The idea that Google is vastly more than that seems to have escaped him entirely.
