Jeez, it’s like he kept a little list of every accusation ever made against the Bush White House so he could settle scores later.
Rove takes a certain amount of joy in saying stuff like this that everyone knows is crazy and rank hypocrisy because he likes showing his interviewers that he can say the craziest of stuff whenever he wants and won’t get called on it.
This from the arrogant dick that predicted a permanent Republican majority in Congress and perpetual occupation of the WH.
