    That is so cute, but I thought it was against the law to own wildlife?

    Unless they rescued him/her and will release it back into the wild, which I hope is the case.

    The woman who posted the video says she’s a professional animal caretaker who works in a marine park and makes clear that this cutie is not a pet. So, she probably knows what she’s doing.
