Dear god. They’re an Army of Forrest Gumps.

  2. Indeed says:

Yeah, but Al Gore once used hyperbole to make a point! Which is, like, way totally worse! Obviously. Also.

  3. cj says:

It’s like they don’t even know who she is or what she stands for. BHAHAHAHAHAH

  4. calling all toasters says:

They passed something and then the day it passed the head of the Fed said it was for something else… yeah, that”ll cover Palin’s ass. Wingnut arguments don’t have to have any basis in fact or even make sense, but as long as they can say *something* their faith is unwavering.

    • Duros62 says:

Yeah, and she supported something once, but now, I bet if you asked her, she wouldn’t support it because, like, you know, it…um…something.
      And too.

  5. rip says:

You liberals and your elitist “facts” and “specifics”, real Americans don’t have to explain to each other who Sarah is and what she believes, they just know. She supports the ten commandments to the the constitution, which I’m pretty sure says a socialist can’t be President. Also.

  6. mambochicken23 says:

    So stupid. So very stupid.

  7. jr says:

    Harriet Christianites on the march

  8. Paul_D says:

Sharp as a bowl of Jell-O.

    C’mon Darwinism, work faster.

  9. I’m sure that a girl who looks like she is barely out of high school was the smartest person at that event. I am sure the interviewer was looking for a college professor to test the mettle of the Palin supporters, but picked her because she had charisma.

Such an obvious ploy — why even make the clip, why even show it again ; why even comment on it? It might as well be one of Pollack’s cartoons.

This Palin sure has you lefties jittery.

    • As I said, just like last year when we were terrified of her, and look what happened then!!!

    • SpiderJ says:

The fact that she’s gradually vying with Rush Limbaugh as the figurehead of the GOP should have you jittery. The fact that it doesn’t fills me with pity for your side.

I know there are smart conservatives because I’m friends with a few of them. So why is it that you insist on propping up this empty cartoon as the future of your movement?

    • gumby says:

Yes, she does! Please, support her candidacy!

    • Duros62 says:

So jittery, her books are buy one, get one free.

  10. The Dark Avenger says:

This Palin sure has you lefties jittery.

If her favorable ratings managed to come out of their nose dive since 10-2008 and actually go up, and her unfavorable ratings come out of the stratosphere and drop below 50% at some point close in time to 2012, you might have a point, Frank LaSalle.

  11. That’s DiSalle ; I am not French …

And, Oliver, I am sure that you are not suggesting that Gov Palin lost the Election singlehanded, are you? You must give your President some credit for winning , and Sen McCain some blame for ineptitude. Let’s see what happens when Gov Palin is Facebooking and Twittering all over the place the Scarlet letter “I” for Ineptitude is on Pres Obama’s forehead.

Besides , the skittishness I detect comes from you. It is nearly palpable. How do you explain all the attention she gets from the left?

    • fafaroo says:

How do you explain all the attention she gets from the left?

For the life of me I have no idea why anyone pays any attention to Palin.

      She’s a joke.

Keep pushing her, though, Frank, Dennis, et al. It’s gonna work for you. Really.

    • Bruce Henry says:

In case you haven’t noticed, Frank, she’s getting a lot of attention from ALL quarters. Probably because she’s on a book tour and is asking for attention. I could be wrong.

    • gumby says:

Because you nailed it. We are very very frightened. Support her candidacy, and victory will be yours, and a new era of … whatever it is she offers you guys … will dawn.

    • Duros62 says:

Let’s see what happens when Gov Palin is Facebooking and Twittering all over the place

      Oh, yes, let’s.

    Translation: “Children are stupid.”

And, Oliver, I am sure that you are not suggesting that Gov Palin lost the Election singlehanded, are you?

Ok, which states did she win for McCain?

  13. Fred says:

I for one think it is wonderful that they are protesting the Newsweek cover of a major political figure wearing running shorts!

They are talking about the one of Bill Clinton, right?

Oh. It’s the one Palin POSED FOR as a cover and selected the outfit specifically KNOWING it was a photo shoot?

    Never mind.

    • gumby says:

There have been many photos of political leaders, including presidents, in shorts. Including Obama, Bush and Clinton. Although, they were all actively engaged in an activity where shorts were sensible attire, like actually running rather than simply posing in running-wear.

  14. Pryme says:

    They ain’t zombies.

    Zombies want brains.

  15. White Whale says:

    “Zombies want brains”

LMFAO! That made my day so far Pryme. Thanks.

  16. Joey Doughnuts says:

Pryme, that sums it up perfectly.

You got to admit though, it seems like a good strategy. There are many more ignorant people then there are intelligent. Sarah Palin (the whole right wing actually) is just catering to those ignorant people. Dumb down the message until it doesn’t even mean anything, and then convince everyone (the dummies) that the goverment is coming to take your guns and “rip up yer constitushun”
