Your link takes me to a complaint about a photoshopped internet picture used by Dylan Ratigan in discussing Sarah Palin. (1) There’s no “footage” involved. (2) A photoshopped still is no different from a political cartoon so long as it’s not used as “proof” of an argument.

Hilarious that Hannity called it an innocent, “inadvertent” mistake. Nobody with half a brain in their head believes that lying sack of shit.
Also hilarious that he “apologized” to Jon Stewart about being caught, not apologizing to the viewers for trying to mischaracterize the event. Another con non-apology apology.
