It's very painful to watch them stumble along like this. There's no emotion in the team, especially in Jason Campbell. He either can't or won't get the team spirit going. I think they should pay the players a standard salary and if they perform bonuses. They get the same money if they win or lose so where is the "want to" in that. I've made it known that I grew up in the DC area from 77-97 and man, those were the days! That's where I learned football, from watching the Skins in the glory years. Theisman, Williams, Riepen(sp?) Riggo, Dexter, Monk, Washington, Mr Cooke, the birth of 'The Hogs', all of it. It's not like they were always a crappy team, they were the best when Gibbs was at the helm. The best. They had the heart, soul and fire and watching them win three Super Bowls in ten years will always be a fond memory. But now? Sheesh. What a disaster. And the fans, the infamously loyal crazy Skins fans, how do they deal with it?
