That’s why I say, I, like every American I’m speaking with, we’re ill about this position that we have been put in where it is the tax payers looking to bail out, but ultimately, what the bailout does is help those who are concerned about the healthcare reform that is needed to help shore up our economy, helping tho— it’s got to be all about job creation too, shoring up our economy, and putting it back on the right track, so healthcare reform and reducing taxes and reigning in spending has got to accompany tax reductions and tax relief for Americans. And trade, we’ve got to see trade as opportunity, not as— competitive— scary thing, but one in five jobs being created in the trade sector today, we’ve got to look at that as more opportunity. All those things under the umbrella of job creation. This bailout is a part of that.

We have trade missions back and forth. We— we do— it’s very important when you consider even national security issues with Russia as Putin rears his head and comes into the air space of the United States of America, where— where do they go? It’s Alaska. It’s just right over the border. It is— from Alaska that we send those out to make sure that an eye is being kept on this very powerful nation, Russia, because they are right there. They are right next to— to our state.

COURIC: And when it comes to establishing your world view, I was curious, what newspapers and magazines did you regularly read before you were tapped for this — to stay informed and to understand the world?

PALIN: I’ve read most of them again with a great appreciation for the press, for the media —

PALIN: I have a vast variety of sources where we get our news. Alaska isn’t a foreign country, where, it’s kind of suggested and it seems like, ‘Wow, how could you keep in touch with what the rest of Washington, D.C. may be thinking and doing when you live up there in Alaska?’ Believe me, Alaska is like a microcosm of America.

Lets cut through the BS, the woman is a moron. Period. Everything about her screams “dim bulb”. Every word that comes out of her mouth proves that. You want to crown her as your leader, haha, go right ahead. She doesn’t have “foot-in-mouth-itis”, she is just plain ignorant and unqualified for public office. Do you use the same rhetoric regarding Joe Biden – someone who has had his share of
foot-in-mouth-itis? Of course not, because overlooking some slips of tongue, Biden usually has a (often exaggerated) point to make.

First of all, Sarah Palin makes Joe Biden look like a silver-tongued linguist. Also, this is yet another example of, “Well… well… well you guys do it too! Nyah nyah nyah.” It’s a bad and dumb defense strategy.

Who gives a fuck? People that genuinely think that Sarah Palin has anything useful, interesting, or informative to say are fucking morons. And just because someone represents a “large number of Americans” doesn’t automatically make them right. A “large number of Americans” believe that the Earth is only 6000 years old. A “large number of Americans” thought that Saddam Hussein was behind 9/11. And the fact that a “large number of Americans” think that this woman is suitable for any position of authority more important than refereeing a dog sled race makes me fear for our future.

These aren’t just verbal gaffes, this is a chronic ability to string together a related set of concepts using any language known to Man.

You’d think since she quit her job due to sheer laziness she could pick up a newspaper or book once in awhile and READ! What’s next, is she going to start a movement to return the Statue of Liberty to Elllis Island? Absolute shocking stupidity.
