Terrorism Watch In Seattle

Probably worth keeping an eye on this

The man who is a suspect in the Halloween night slaying of a Seattle police officer is a ‘domestic terrorist’ who had explosive devices in his apartment, police officials said Saturday.

Christopher J. Monfort is believed to have worked alone in the fatal shooting of Seattle Police Officer Tim Brenton, as well as the Oct. 22 firebombing of four Seattle police vehicles, said Jim Pugel, Seattle Police assistant chief.

‘This man, from everything that we can tell, appears to be a lone domestic terrorist,’ Pugel said at a news conference.

An American flag found near where Brenton was shot provided a link between the cases, a law enforcement source said. Pugel told reporters there was one critical ‘piece of evidence’ at the homicide scene that resembled something else found in the Charles Street arson case.”

Add this guy to the list of murderous left wing domestic terrorists.

I don’t want to wait the five years or so it’ll take for the left to be holding rallies trying to get him out of prison. Why not start today!

Just as with humor, conservatives are art-challenged, which is why artists are overwhelmingly liberal. Successful artists, that is.

From the look of the art, this guy was EXCEPTIONALLY conservative.

Repack, you and Quaker both need to hit links and read a bit.

He was an Indymedia anti-war twerp. Leftist’s get to own this freak. Suck it up and taste the hate your side churns up on a regular basis.

    Phil,

What are you talking about? Lefties are the hippies baking bread and making seaweed shakes.

What murderous left wing domestic terrorists do you mean? Name names? Facts? Can you cite anything?

    • Phil says:

You can’t be serious, rex? Really, do you need to have this explained to you? How’s about just one big one your candidate for POTUS enjoyed the company of.

SDS (aka: Weather Underground). You know, the guys who sat down and figured out how to kill a few million “conseravtives” in the presence of an undercover FBI agent during their cop killer days.

  3. Southern Quaker says:

Wha?? Crappy artist = left wing terrorist?

  4. Marco says:

Phil, I’d love to start my “FREE Christopher J. Monfort ” protest but Liberal Abortion Mill Inc. only allows so many vacation days.

    • Phil says:

Nice attempt to paint me into a corner, Marco. Unfortunately for your cut and paste BS, you lose yet again.

You wouldn’t know a true Liberal if he spat in your face, and I don’t give a crap about either side of the abortion dispute. Except that I wish your mother would have had one about 1-8 months before you were born.

  5. My impression of Monfort’s politics is that they’ll be a jumble of Left & Right, with a dash of Black Nationalism. He was a big fan of jury nullification, which is usually associated with right-wingers. In this case, though, the professor he seemed to draw from most argues for jury nullification from a racial injustice POV, and comes across as more of an urban populist than anything else.

Of course, to the Faux News crowd, the racial aspect will immediately make Monfort a leftist.

Will billo blame this on Governor Gregoire and the Christmas tree

  7. Gus says:

    “SDS (aka: Weather Underground”

first of all the SDS is NOT the Weather Underground and is not a terrorist organization. The latter is a splinter group of the former.

The only group you cite from this “list of murderous left wing domestic terrorists” never actually killed anyone. I’m certainly not defending their actions but I’d think to be considered “murderous” the requirement would be to have actually committed murder.

That is some pretty crappy art, but I sorta liked the one in the middle with the blue swirls. Then again, I also like velvet Elvii.

I think it is way to early to jump to any conclusions on if this guy is a left/right/center nutjob. Let the professionals finish their investigations first.
