Look, I’m no hockey fan, but it’s a pretty sloppy job by Matt Taibbi to pretend as if the Caps dont’ exist in a piece taking down The Danny and the DC sports scene.

    He was right ….DC fans are a bunch of front running whiners … the Caps will go back to playing in a 3/4 empty arena the second they start sucking again….and they will suck again the way the NHL salary cap and draft are set up.

    Yeah, thats why people have supported the Redskins for the last decade and a half. We just love to be part of that bandwagon.

    Hey, how did Mario Lemeiux find out about this blog? Glad he’s into progressive politics.

    Also, Rolling Stone hasn’t been relevant since well before the internet. Seeing them print this article makes me want that magazine to just die quickly and painlessly.

    Oliver…wasnt it just last week you wrote the Skins were losing fans in droves because their owner sucks and the team stinks…sounds like a bandwagon to me.

    The Giants had a 60+ year waiting list even when they were winning 3 games a year…on a good year.

    The Rangers led the NHL in attendance season after season while having the worst run franchise in the lg and not having won The Cup in 50 + years.

    I remember going to Caps games ( pre Ovie ) and being the only person sitting in my section.

    Front running whiners. DC teams cant keep fan support even though each team is the only show in town.

    Tyler..very nice ..wishing for hundreds of people to lose their jobs because they print something you dont agree with.
