There was a time when the American dream was the dream of the immigrant who comes to America and makes good, becoming a citizen and adding to our national tapestry. In the eyes of CNBC’s Darren Rovell you have to be born in America to be a real American. So, I’m sure by that token that Rovell’s ancestors are native Americans, right?
