It seems to me, with Beck falling for this, and Rush Limbaugh and Michael Ledeen being punked by a 4 month old phony Obama thesis, I think we have the makings of a cottage industry here. We surely have enough clever webmastery in the left netroots to set up a variety of “honey pot” websites with all sorts of phony dirt on Obama, Pelosi, birth certificates, and other prominent right-wing bêtes noires, then just sit back and wait for the Limbaughs, Becks, Hannitys, etc. to beclown themselves. Comedy gold!
At least he doesn’t know about the legislation introduced by Barbara Boxer to ship all teabag protestors to reservations in Wyoming. When that gets out, the backlash will be amazing.

Calling Beck an “idiot” in this matter implies that he actually believes Pelosi said such a thing. This discounts the (plausible, in my opinion) possibility that Beck was simply lying to make a political and ideological opponent look bad, knowing that few of his Twitter followers would actually do a fact-check on this.
