Did they not send her her “maverick” script in time?
It’s pretty awesome. The teabaggers are turning on incumbent Republicans as well.
Beautiful to watch.
Palin and others have taken marching orders from Mark Levin…
The same thing is happening in Florida with Charlie Crist. The hard right Republicans are against him and he’s likely to lose the primary. That’s a good thing since Rubio will probably lose the general election.
The crazies must stick together to survive.
Remember when we were told that progressives wanting to primary out Joe Lieberman would destroy the party, with their dogmatic Stalinist insistence on an narrow minded and rigid ideological purity that would brook no opposition?
After that we went on to take back the Congress, and the Presidency 2 years later.
Now wingnuts are trying the idea, not by just nominating the most crazed, know-nothing reactionaries possible; but doing it as a THIRD PARTY.
Winguts: Congressional Majority: UR DOIN IT WRONG
“That’s a good thing since Rubio will probably lose the general election.”
Don’t get your hopes up about that. Kendrick Meek is pretty liberal to win a statewide election in a conservative southern state.
What’s funny is that the Democratic guy didn’t have a chance in this race until the teabaggers decided to eat one of their own.
Couldn’t happen to a nice group of lunatics, bigots, and hypocrites.
Scozzafava is a lying democrat. She was never a republican. “F” Newt and the RNC for getting in to be with this filthy liar who was a member of the Working Families Party (ACORN), who is supported by Kos, who supported the failed stimulus, who is pro-card check and pro-Obamacare.
Keep on keepin’ on, william!
“who is supported by Kos”
Um, pretty sure Kos is going to support the Democrat in this race. But I’m sure he’s laughing as hard as I am at the spectacle of the teabaggers undermining Republicans who are actually viable candidates.
I think Gawker has it right here:
“Because for Palin and a growing group of other right-wingers, the latest way to prove you’re a “real” Republican is by throwing your support (and the money you’re earning on the speech-for-cash circuit) behind non-Republican Doug Hoffman for Congress, so he can destroy the chances of centrist Republican Dede Scozzafava, the lady the GOP actually nominated to run for the seat. Sometimes it’s like the Sarah Palins of the world are secretly double-agents for the Dems.”

I have a feeling George Soros might be paying Palin to exist.
Centrist republican…bwahahaha.
The GOP was wrong. Plain and simple.
I laid out the reasons why she could never be a republican. Not to mention the fact that liberals would tar and feather anyone who didn’t tow the party line as well. Senator Leiberman comes to mind.
She is anything but a genuine conservative. She is a fair-weather sideshow coming in at the final hour on this race only to seal the unfortunate fate of Doug Hoffman. If he was gaining any momentum it will surely be lost as the news of her endorsement spreads through the District. For every vote she may bring to the polls through her “popularity” she will bring three Democrats into the fold. Her endorsement called upon images of Reagan and true conservatism – sadly this is a vision she can only play lip service to as it is certainly not a reflective of her own ideological composition. http://republicanredefined.com/2009/10/23/palin-enters-district-23-gop-endorsement/
You mean the Joe Lieberman who was allowed to have his committee chairmanship after endorsing John McCain? Is that the “tarred and feathered” Joe Lieberman to which you refer?
William noted:
>Not to mention the fact that liberals would tar and feather anyone who >didn’t tow the party line as well. Senator Leiberman comes to mind.
Yes, let’s all discuss how the Democratic Party “tarred and featherd” Lieberman after he campaigned against Obama and endorsed McCain.
Wait…he didn’t lose his Committee Chairmanship? He recently held hearings showing concern over the number of “czars”. Tar and Feather him? I think not.
Yea!, Fuck the polls too that show the Republicans tanking! This crazy batshit teabagging is working!
I mean, with Healthcare reform getting closer and closer to passing everything is going to be smooth sailing for Republicans who opposed every part of the agenda!
Cut-and-run Sally strikes again!
And I’d really like to add one letter to the word “cut” as the result would describe Palin to a “T”…but OW won’t allow it.
Let me get this straight: Are some of you guys saying the candidate chosen by the GOP in this race isn’t conservative enough?
Does this mean you guys are planning on going all rogue and third-party on us?
Because that would be completely awesome. And by awesome I mean that you’d be even more of a joke than you are now.
Please do it.
liberals would tar and feather anyone who didn’t tow[sic] the party line as well.
Like how the pro-life Harry Reid is Majority Leader of the Senate?
“…why she could never be a Republican.”
Like that would be a disadvantage in a district where Obama/Biden BEAT McCain/Palin, lol.
