Fake News will never stop at their lying and the sad thing is that the courts already gave them the OK to continue to do so. It's just not the "opinion" pieces from the Fake news organization that lie, mislead, and distort stories.

Courts overturned a ruling back in 2003 giving the okay for Fake News to lie, mislead, and distort news...

The sad thing is that Fake News is now just opening with any regard lying, misleading, distorting, and now creating news.

Rush Limbaugh: Transcript of radio broadcast from Oct. 14, 2008
By Keith Vance
TRANSCRIPT OF RUSH LIMBAUGH ON HIS RADIO SHOW FROM OCT. 14, 2008

Editor’s note: This is a verbatim transcript of Limbaugh explaining how ACORN, Barack Obama, Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright are all involved in a radical leftwing conspiracy to teach black kids to hate America.

From the time of my birth 57 years ago to today, this country has grown and expanded, prosperity has opened its doors for more and more people around the world, not just people born in this country.

We know the stories of asians immigrating and running rings around people born in this country academically in California. We know all about the immigration, legal and illegal, to get into the country. We know that the standard of living has risen. We know that technological advancement is going along at light speed.

And yet, during this period of time, whether it be the last 57 years, or the last 20 years, it seems that the majority of the black population has remained angry, frustrated and behind – they’ve been left behind. They’re acting like they’ve been left behind, and of course we’ve heard that this is because of racism, natural systemic institutional racism in America. We’re unfair. That this country is just horrible and rotten.

Do you ever ask yourself how it is that people not even born here can come here and in a few short years begin prospering in school, they’re own business, and yet people who are born in this country somehow have been raised to hate it – to still think they’re back in the days of slavery.

I actually think, after studying all this ACORN stuff, and reading what Stanley Kurtz has written about this, I actually believe that what has taken place here, in addition to liberal Democrat legislation – such as the great society and the war on poverty, which a lot of people would now acknowledge really busted up the black family by the government taking the place of a husband and father – he’s free to roam around and bear no responsibility. The mother remained the mother, she got the financial assistance from this legislation from the federal government. The federal government became the father. The father didn’t have to hang around in order for the kids to be OK – depending on how you define OK.

And as you study more and more of this ACORN stuff you find that it has been part of an entire movement that has been going for two maybe three decades right under our noses. We thought that it was just liberal welfare policies and all that that kept blacks from progressing while other minorities grew and prospered but no. It is these wackos from Bill Ayers to Jeremiah Wright to other anti-american afro-centric black liberation theologists, working with ACORN, and Barack Obama is smack dab in the middle of it. They have been training young black kids to hate hate hate this country. And they trained their parents before that to hate hate hate this country. It was a movement. It was a Bill Ayers anti-capitalist anti-american educational movement. ACORN is how it was implemented right under our noses.

They’re doing far more folks than just cheating when it comes to elections and registration. They’re in deep in this mortgage crisis. ACORN and Obama, and Barney Frank and Chris Dodd, the Democrat Party have their fingerprints the sub-prime mortgage crisis. The whole concept of affordable housing was people who can’t afford a mortgage are going to get one, because America is unfair.

It has been a movement. It has been a religion. And Obama and Jeremiah Wright and William Ayers were all up to their big ears in it.

--------------------------------
This is only one example, he real sounds like America’s Uniter, not a Divider, when it comes to race relations. Rush will not sue because he knows they will file a counter compliant and he will be deposed and like Nixon he knows that the tapes will sink him. For so many years he has spent his time on the radio mis-labeling and/ or mis-characterizing others. Poor little “self-centered” Rush, no out except creating the myth that everyone is out to get him. Sorry sucka you can only yourself to blame for your idiot comments. He finally had his judgment day where the NFL wins and tubby loses. Tee, hee...

Why go through all that trouble and then say ‘fuck you’ at the end, which you’ve done in the last two posts now?

W/R/T to the "Fuck You"'s: The first time, because you implicated that I am not good at my job because of your false perception of what I said. And the second, because I wrote a lot to explain why you were mistaken, and you merely dismissed it out of hand for no good reason and insisted I was lying. That's why.

I just don’t buy it.

That's on you, then. If you don't want to accept the truth, there's nothing I can say.

I have said way too many times that those quotes were lies, and the use of them was despicable.

OK, and I never - NEVER - defended them. The difference here between us was that I just didn't care if Limbaugh actually said them, nor if they were falsely attributed to him. I was not defending, I was abstaining. No motivation whatsoever to give a shit.

to prevent a guy you hate not so much because he’s a racist, but because he gets under your skin for railing on liberals. For that you are thrilled that he can’t buy a shitty NFL franchise.

First off, I hate the guy for a lot of reasons. I find him an ignorant gasbag. He actually HAS said (documented) racially-charged things that maybe were a bad idea. He mocked Michael J. Fox's Parkinson's Disease. He also is completely on the other side of the political sphere as me, which means that we are more different than alike.

Secondly, if you can demonstrate that these false quotes were a significant factor in Limbaugh's failure to buy the Rams, then I will join you in your condemnation of the false quotes. Because THAT would be something that I can get behind and agree with you on - someone's business venture should not fail because of false pretenses. That goes for everyone, including Rush. I just haven't seen evidence to demonstrate that the NFL killed his bid because of these quotes. Not to say that evidence doesn't exist - happy to look at it if you can supply it.

Again, if not, I apologize.

Like I explained multiple times - you interpreted things incorrectly here. Although I don't think that I should have to say it yet again, apology accepted.

For your trouble? Why go through all that trouble and then say 'fuck you' at the end, which you've done in the last two posts now?

A appreciate the response, but I just don't buy it. And I didn't say you lied, I said the charge you made to me applied to you, that you were defending lies in the pursuit of an ignoble cause. I have said way too many times that those quotes were lies, and the use of them was despicable. And the use of them was for an ignoble cause, which they were, to prevent a guy you hate not so much because he's a racist, but because he gets under your skin for railing on liberals. For that you are thrilled that he can't buy a shitty NFL franchise.

I'll apologize if you're being honest that you didn't fall for the hoax. I'm sorry. I think you're a decent dude and I don't have any animosities toward you in the least, but you and I are just wired differently. I looked at those two quotes when I first saw them and I was shocked, but then I thought, wait a minute, how come I hadn't heard those before? Slavery? Thank you, James Earl Ray? Both of those were ten times worse than the McNabb quote that got his ass booted by ESPN. Why hasn't MMFA or C&L been all over that? Why hasn't Oliver? Those would've gotten booted off the radio, even. That's not just because I defend everything he says, but because my bullshit meter went off, and I almost immediately started asking Indeed to provide it. And my questioning must've encouraged you to quote the slavery quote and I took as your explicit acceptance of it. Again, if not, I apologize. It's just that I could never quote someone with that racist of a quote without being sure he said it, and if it was in dispute, like I'm pretty sure you knew, even more so then.

Thank you, Dennis, for demonstrating with absolute clarity that you should not be taken seriously.

You apparently think you're a fucking mind reader, or something, because I just incontrovertibly demonstrated that I did not write anything that indicates that I fell for any hoax. But you insist otherwise, in the face of strong evidence against your claim, and with only an ill-thought-out and nonsensical argument about what I "should" have done. I don't give a fuck what you think I "should" have done. I explained to you what I did, and why I did it, but you continue to plug your ears and scream about how I fell for a hoax.

Perhaps your love of Limbaugh is blinding you to the truth.

The same guy who is doing the same thing here right now.

False. Again. No matter how much you stomp your feet.

Lies to take down Limbaugh

Show me where I lied. And show me where it was used to "take down Limbaugh." Oh wait, you can't.

by saying what you did wasn’t wrong ‘because you didn’t give a shit about the quotes'

No, I'm saying what I wrote wasn't wrong because I didn't lie at any point. And I didn't chastise Indeed for spreading falsified quotes because I didn't give a shit.

Only rambling non-defense defenses.

You know what, Dennis? I took a good amount of time to go through that thread, read what I wrote in every post, and post a concise, systematic response to your accusations. I addressed pretty much everything you took issue with, and explained why you were misunderstanding. For my trouble, I get this - you ignore my points and just claim I'm rambling, and that I what I said is lying to score some kind of points. You are wrong, and you just refuse to admit it.

You're an intellectually dishonest asshole. Fuck you.

All that rambling said nothing, mambo.

Argumentum verbosium.

Thanks for your version of your defense, but you still fell for the hoax. If you didn't care that he had said it or not, some kind of warning should have gone up before you repeated the quote word for word, even if all you were going to do was make a playful comment.

I mean, holy shit… you lie, and you lie, and you lie some more, all in the support of a completely ignoble cause.

Know who said that, mambo?

That's right. The same guy who is doing the same thing here right now. Lies to take down Limbaugh and defending it by saying what you did wasn't wrong 'because you didn't give a shit about the quotes'; quotes that were forged. With no apologies about doing it.

Know who said that, mambo?

That’s right. The same guy who is doing the same thing here right now. Lies to take down Limbaugh and defending it by saying what you did wasn’t wrong ‘because you didn’t give a shit about the quotes’; quotes that were forged. With no apologies about doing it.

Only rambling non-defense defenses.

you questioned me for questioning them, and you DID actually post that false quote about slavery.

False.

I chided you on that thread for repeating a quote that was ridiculous to attribute to Limbaugh and was unsourced. Challenged you. If you didn’t give a shit, like you say here, then why did you repeat it, comment on it, mock it

I repeated it once, in order to make a joke using the structure of the quote. That says NOTHING about my attribution of the origin of the quote. Nothing. I fucking made a joke about disco, man. Seriously. Lighten up. And I didn't give a shit about the origin of the quote; the contents of the quote itself is interesting.

you forgetful dummkopf

I seem to remember this thread quite well.

you even used the Glenn Beck murdered and raped a young girl fabrication on that thread to prove some kind of point

Uh huh. What point was I making? (Hint: It's in the post above this one.)

You tried to weasel out later in the thread that you repeated the quote but you didn’t actually attribute it to Limbaugh, so what was the harm.

Not weaseling out of anything. It's the god's honest truth. If you don't want to believe that, that's fine - but it just means that you're not paying close attention. And that you're a partisan dick.

You don’t see any harm in a racist quote being attributed falsely and you don’t see the harm in what you think is a joke of calling Beck a rapist and murderer, nor how either of the two is related.

No, I didn't see any harm in a racist quote being attributed falsely in this case, for reasons I outlined above and within the prior thread. And the Beck meme was unrelated to the Limbaugh theme of the thread.

Sorry, mambo, you did fall for the hoax.

No I didn't. Prove me wrong.

You didn’t put up the bullshit meter.

Because I didn't give a shit. And still don't.

And you did take interest in that quote. That thread proves it. If your truth and bullshit detectors were on the shelf, why did you even comment on the quotes?

Sure, the quote itself is interesting. Whether Rush Limbaugh said it is not. See the difference, or is that too fucking subtle?

Do you employ that methodology in your job?

Fuck you.

If I am, I’ll apologize

I somehow doubt it.

Please show me where I’m wrong

Done, and done.

after reading that thread again, it proves more than it disproves that you fell for the hoax.

False. Wrong again, Dennis.

Okay, Dennis. I went back over that whole thread, and everything I wrote within it. Here's my reply. This is going to be long one, and I plan on it being thorough. So here goes...

My first post: I asked you to answer several questions about Rush Limbaugh, "regardless of everything that (had) gone up above." My questions had nothing to do with the hoax quotes.

My second post: Dennis, there was a time that I had the slightest bit of respect for you. But threads like these, and especially this one, have thankfully freed me from my misconceptions.

Explain to me, again, how you got from that above, to this...

You said you lost respect for me because you said I was being a jerk for asking Indeed to source them, like it didn’t matter.

My third post: I use the structure of the falsely attributed quotes to make a series of jokes, including "bringing back disco" because John Travolta "was a hunky stud in the 1970s". I then make a parenthetical statement about how much I hate disco. You can say that it wasn't funny, but in no sense of the term can you claim that this was me "falling for the hoax." Clearly a joke - to anyone who can comprehend basic English. I think you need to lighten the fuck up a little bit.

My fourth post: I address Amused Observer, explaining that while liberals might have a hair-trigger to cry racism, conservatives seem to be either blind or stupid with respect to the topic.

My fifth post: I address Amused Observer again, asking him to explain the Crusades, because clearly I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about. I mean, Christians warring against Muslims?... that can't be right...

My sixth post: I use the "Questions Swirl" comment to repeat the "Glenn Beck raped and murdered a young girl" meme. This had nothing to do with Limbaugh, but was addressing Amused Observer's comment about race baiting "maybe" being a bigger problem than racism. Still taking this meme seriously, I see - I say again, you need to lighten the fuck up.

My seventh post:Again. This is the sort of thing I am talking about. Where, in that post, do I attribute that quote to Limbaugh? Fuck if I know whether he said it. And I don’t give a shit, really – if he did, it’s just another example of a long history of racist comments, and if he didn’t, then it doesn’t absolve him from the shit he’s said.

My post was poking fun with the use of the structure of the quote (fabricated or no). I even included “disco” and explained the joke to you, and you still didn’t fucking understand. Embarrassing. Seriously.

This is part of the reason I have lost respect for you. That, your whining about the “Glenn Beck raped and killed a little girl” meme, your inability to answer straightforward questions honestly and in a timely fashion, you defending Rush Limbaugh as “not a racist”… it’s really, really tired and obnoxious.

Pretty goddamn straightforward. I explain to you exactly what I did. And now I'm doing it again. I even say I don't know and don't care whether Limbaugh said those quotes.

My eighth post: I say that $4.2 million isn't a lot of money to Rush. And then I say what characteristics I hate about people, and that in my experience those characteristics are more often found on the conservative side of the aisle.

My ninth post: I correct a typo in a prior post.

AND THAT'S FUCKING IT! Nowhere, and I mean NOWHERE, do I say attribute the quote to Limbaugh. I didn't "fall for the hoax." Repeating it does not make it true, Dennis.

To summarize, I will quote myself from a post in that thread:

But speaking for myself, I don’t hate anyone simply because they are conservative. I hate it when people are fucking idiots, and cannot think critically about information, and aren’t intellectually honest, and are hypocritical shitbags. And in my experience, there are more of those on your side of the aisle than mine.

That's you, Dennis. Shitbag.

Thus concludes my systematic destruction of your stupid, stupid assertion that I "fell for the hoax." Care to apologize yet?

No, mambo, sorry

Apology accepted.

No, mambo, sorry, no apology forthcoming. You did post about the forged quotes. You said you lost respect for me because you said I was being a jerk for asking Indeed to source them, like it didn't matter. You DID fall for the hoax of those forged quotes, not to the extent that you quoted them and plastered them all over the place like he did, but you not only read them and didn't question them, you questioned me for questioning them, and you DID actually post that false quote about slavery.

I'm not going to do this to you again like I did at first playfully with your foggy memory of the Biden racist charge, so I'll just post the thread and you can go over it all on your own:

Here

I chided you on that thread for repeating a quote that was ridiculous to attribute to Limbaugh and was unsourced. Challenged you. If you didn't give a shit, like you say here, then why did you repeat it, comment on it, mock it and tell me you had no respect for me for questioning the validity of the quotes.

mambo, you forgetful dummkopf, you even used the Glenn Beck murdered and raped a young girl fabrication on that thread to prove some kind of point. And you did take interest in that quote. That thread proves it. If your truth and bullshit detectors were on the shelf, why did you even comment on the quotes? Do you employ that methodology in your job?

Please show me where I'm wrong. If I am, I'll apologize, but after reading that thread again, it proves more than it disproves that you fell for the hoax.

Just asking, mambo. Indeed plastered those quotes all over this place. Where was the skepticism you’ve been long trained in?

Um, so now it's my responsibility to admonish Indeed for posting untrue quotes about Limbaugh? And if I don't, then it means I am not being skeptical. Not only that, it means that I am letting the "hoax get the better of you and expose you to such foolishness". No, I don't think so.

If a conservative was posting such obviously fake quotes all over the place about someone in the news on a controversial subject that I was arguing against, and doing it over and over in a period of four or five days, I’d have let him know about it.

Did you so for the obviously fake bullshit quotes, attributed to Al Gore, in the 2000 election?

Despite the vulgar things you say about me that I take no offense to, I hold you in high enough regard as an academic that something like what he was doing was a definite red flag that you’d do a little research into it and tell him he’s embarrassing all of you guys.

I don't recall saying much in the way of vulgar things about you, first of all. Perhaps a stray comment here or there. I tend to reserve my vulgarity for Frank and Amused Observer. Secondly, I'm not the policeman of this site. I am under no obligation to examine each and every claim made, and frankly wouldn't want to. That sounds insanely tedious. Thirdly, if I recall correctly, I found and jumped into this thread rather late, after the quotes had already been identified as fake.

Finally, the most important thing... make sure you read this because it's important, Dennis... I just didn't care. The whole matter didn't and doesn't matter to me. And here's why. As I see it, Indeed pushing those fake quotes does not matter nearly as much as you want to think it does. There's plenty of vile, reprehensible things that Rush has said, so it's not even like Indeed was dragging Limbaugh's name through the mud - it's already firmly there. Those quotes, should they have been real, would not have changed my (or likely anyone else's) opinion of the man. Those quotes, shown to be fake, do not change my opinion of the man. Those quotes had nothing to do with Limbaugh failing to be an owner of the Rams. Those quotes really have very little effect whatsoever on anything tangible in the world. So I just did not give a shit. It would be the same situation for me if it was a Democratic personality and not Limbaugh.

That what you said about how your background and your beliefs in the sciences that led you to the side of the political spectrum because it supported your background was all just bullshit, that you’re in truth incapable of objective thought when it comes to politics?

False.

It’s more than about a couple quotes and whether or not a guy on the radio got a share of a lousy football franchise, it’s about questioning what’s so obviously bullshit that you read every time he posted it and just assumed it was real. Where was your bullshit detector, mambo? Because it failed you. It failed everyone here.

No, I disagree. It really isn't more than a couple quotes. At least, I don't see it that way, for reasons I outlined above. And now you're the one making assumptions - you claim I assumed those quotes were real, when I have not said anything about the truth or validity of those quotes. Like I said, it didn't matter to me. Both my bullshit and truth detectors were on the shelf, collecting dust, because I had no use for them with respect to this topic.

You know, I don't do this often, but I think you owe me an apology. Claiming that I fell for a hoax when I said nothing to indicate that is just lying about me. You're a liar, Dennis.

Despite the vulgar things you say about me that I take no offense to, I hold you in high enough regard as an academic that something like what he was doing was a definite red flag that you’d do a little research into it and tell him he’s embarrassing all of you guys.

I don’t recall saying much in the way of vulgar things about you, first of all. Perhaps a stray comment here or there. I tend to reserve my vulgarity for Frank and Amused Observer. Secondly, I’m not the policeman of this site. I am under no obligation to examine each and every claim made, and frankly wouldn’t want to. That sounds insanely tedious. Thirdly, if I recall correctly, I found and jumped into this thread rather late, after the quotes had already been identified as fake.

Finally, the most important thing… make sure you read this because it’s important, Dennis… I just didn’t care. The whole matter didn’t and doesn’t matter to me. And here’s why. As I see it, Indeed pushing those fake quotes does not matter nearly as much as you want to think it does. There’s plenty of vile, reprehensible things that Rush has said, so it’s not even like Indeed was dragging Limbaugh’s name through the mud – it’s already firmly there. Those quotes, should they have been real, would not have changed my (or likely anyone else’s) opinion of the man.

It really isn’t more than a couple quotes. At least, I don’t see it that way, for reasons I outlined above. And now you’re the one making assumptions – you claim I assumed those quotes were real, when I have not said anything about the truth or validity of those quotes. Like I said, it didn’t matter to me. Both my bullshit and truth detectors were on the shelf, collecting dust, because I had no use for them with respect to this topic.

You know, I don’t do this often, but I think you owe me an apology. Claiming that I fell for a hoax when I said nothing to indicate that is just lying about me. You’re a liar, Dennis.

You'll notice, Indeed, that no one, not one commenter, acknowledged your non-apology apology and your admission of lying incompetence.

Either everyone already knew that about you and weren't surprised; or they were already completely embarrassed for you and wanted nothing to do with your trolling and lying, that they just ignore everything you post.

Just asking, mambo. Indeed plastered those quotes all over this place. Where was the skepticism you've been long trained in?

Is Indeed just considered the such the joker here that no one on the liberal side of the ledger thinks enough of to tell him he's making a fool of not only himself but of them too?

And you too, mambochicken23, why did you let this hoax get the better of you and expose you to such foolishness?

Um, actually, I don't think that I wrote anything that said I believed that Rush had said those specific things. I could be wrong, of course.

Question is, why isn’t Oliver...

No, question is, why have you tried to change the subject three times since, oh, about 11:41 am? I think we all know the answer to that.

How did this one fool you the way it did and make you guys looks so bad? A lot of you seem smarter than that.

I just don't get it.

I'm guessing you've already seen it, Wilbur. It's funnier than a Scott Paulsen/ Jimmy Krenn skit.

Question is, why isn't Oliver holding this up as another case of blatant racism that must be exposed for what it really is?

I mean, especially since he linked to an indictment of her having said conservative things.

What gives?
