New Palin Group Coming. Another One.

6:19 pm EST October 14th, 2009 | News | 22 Comments

Maybe this one is a separatist group? Maybe not, but it would make Palinsense, no?

The New York Post reported this week that Palin’s new group will be called ‘Stand Up For Our Nation.’ (News Corp. owns both the Post and The Wall Street Journal as well as HarperCollins Publishers, publisher of Palin’s book.) Crawford, who is treasurer of Palin’s existing political-action committee, SarahPAC, refused to provide any details about the new organization’s purpose or structure.

The usual stuff Governor Quitter likes to do: sculpt, write Italian sonnets, compose symphonies, dabble in quantum physics, discuss the long-term ramifications of some of the lesser known Supreme Court decisions, Russian and East European history bull sessions, practicing Cantonese, oh, it’s gotta be about job creation too…

    Also.

*Yawn* Another crazy person forming ANOTHER group.
Let me know when something relevant happens.

  4. Amused Observer says:

Using liberal logic “Our Nation means white people” is an example of Jr being a virulent racist.

Standing up for our nation is a damn good idea. The opposite of the politics of identity where group identity entitles one to special consideration, the backbone of the Democrat coalition.

“The opposite of the politics of identity where group identity entitles one to special consideration, the backbone of the Democrat coalition.”

Like how Rush Limbaugh is whining about how he can’t own an NFL team because the liberal media won’t let him? When in fact it’s because the NFL wants nothing to do with a racist, drug-addicted blowhard who would do nothing but lose money for them?

  6. Amused Observer says:

    Jaim,
Hard to see how the 2 topics are linked. Is private industry ( a rather loose term for such a highly subsidized venture as pro sports) becoming such that one must be of a certain political pursuasion to participate in the industry? Given the tax subsidized nature of the NFL perhaps we have an equal protection case here? Take a nickel of public money and you have to have an equitable percentage of participation based on race, owners, players, staff. The same logic is a favorite of the affirmative action folk. Perhaps anything over 12% participation of blacks in the NFL is an example of racism? That’s liberal logic.

  7. Jaim says:

Limbaugh is considered to be a racist drug-addict by the majority of Americans. He’d be bad business for any national sports franchise.

Why are free market principles so hard for you supposedly free market types to understand?

That’s logic logic, plain and simple.

I was recently shocked to see what was put out about Trig and Bristol. The facts reported (if true?) seem to indicate that Bristol bore Trig, and perhaps Gov. Palin thought it important to take control of certain matters as they were deemed to be private family business. However national politics is cruel, and I would rather state a hypothesis so the air might be cleared than leave things alone (awaiting the other shoe to drop). Gov. Palin could do wonders for pro-life advocates as everything she has lived proves how strongly she and her family feel on this IMPORTANT issue (far more important than any one single person’s political aspirations).

Consider the possible scenario that Gov. Palin took special needs Trig under her wing to help her daughter with a very difficult situation for such a young mother. However, for expeditious (shallow political) reasons, Sarah claimed the baby biologically to be her’s. Unfortunately though (and this might happen again–that’s why I want to float this scenario, to get it out there and done with) people on the internet made it seem as if she was being deceptive rather than simply reacting lovingly about a private family situation.

I was shocked when I saw some things on Youtube about Trig and Bristol, and I can only imagine how the Governor felt (if that were true). If it were true, it might encourage her to have Tripp adopted by Bristol. This would add enough distraction from what is personal family business while at the same time helping Bristol, Trig, and Tripp all at once!

We need more families that will adopt infants, as well as more families that will respect the life of the unborn, especially special needs children like Trig. We also need to recognize how twisting national politics can be on a family and
caution the media from pushing people into no win situations.

This post can result in win win in that Sarah is pro-life, and if she told it from her heart, along with her daughter Bristol, it could make a genuine difference. That is, if any of this speculation holds water…

I speculated all this due to the alleged facts I gathered here and there on the net (e.g., Youtube on Trig’s actual birth mother, there is a lot to consider, it’s easy to find), and my personal interpretation of how I see Bristol and Levi’s mood over all this. It’s all complete speculation on my part.

But if it were true, Gov. Palin truly has a huge heart for her family as well as provides leadership regarding right to life issues (e.g., caring for Trig and adopting a motherless child). God bless the Palins and God have mercy on me if I say something “out there” that causes this to be taken as something more than mere speculation.

Bottomline: the Palins have so much more to offer this IMPORTANT MORAL ISSUE (genocidal: abortion, invetero fertilization embryo “waste,” considerations of harvesting embryo or fetal body parts via stem cell or clone R&D, GADS!!) of our time, than any personal political ambitions that it might compete with. I guess I’m trying to encourage her to take up a cross that her family could do so much for, rather than risk getting beat up by media and half truths. I pray I’m incorrect–but if I’m not, this will prove haunting to a family as genuine as the Palins. God Bless!

They only believe in the free market when it screws over the non-priveleged. Other times “OH NOES WE CAN’T DO THAT!”

  10. Amused Observer says:

    LOL Jaim,
If you took the drug users out of the NFL you wouldn’t have a league. Get real.

UVray- Thank you for your article. I’m shocked that it took you so long to come on with a spin for Palin hoax. Where did you read of such a blasphemous allegations?. Do you know that blogs are being shut down and bloggers threatened for investigating Sarah’s fake pregnancy?
Are you planning to post the christian version of Palin hoax in the comments of every post announcing SUFON?
To all new to what have been said about Trig and Bristol google palindeception.com. Hurry up, don’t be shocked at the last minute. for current news on the subject go to palingates.com.

I have to agree in this case ‘Our Nation’ does mean white people. Not that tokenism won’t fit in here as well. Do you know of Adrian Ross? What has happened with the lawsuit against Palin over her crass and illega disregard for Juneteenth?

UVray what does revealing that Sarah did not give birth to the baby Trig have to do with her new group? I heard that the Alaska Trust Fund is so corrupt that it is being phased out. Another attempt at fund raising, Conservatives4Palin, may be having a similar processes. With the revelation about Trig about to go viral she needed a new vehicle to collect money. Is that what you are told? All the evidence does point to Bristol Palin as the mother of both Trig and Tripp, I thought it was inconclusive at this time? Would you share if you have further evidence about Bristol, thank you. It is only a matter of time until the facts are cemented that there is no way that Sarah was pregnant. Not so certain about Bristol being the mother of Trig. There may also be a nefarious adoption ring scandal involved.

It is always wise to get out in front of these type of stories. I don’t think Sarah is that smart, I think she will let it happen to her and after that her excuses will sound weak.

How much lying do we want to accept from politicians? If Bristol is the mother she may have faked a pregnancy in part to help the baby. She may have wanted to protect her career and found a way to use the baby. It will be interesting to see how it all unfolds. If the adoption ring is involved there will be serious criminal matters to come to light.

Rush Limbaugh’s drug problem was huge and he is an addict. He was also caught going to a country with his doctors prescription of Viagra, a country known to men who go there only to have sex with young boys. He does have a radio program but most people realize what he is about. It could be the same for Palin, she will have the same people that listen to Limbaugh, but most people will not be fooled by her.

  14. LightBulbLouie says:

Wow, UVray. You just gave her a great idea for an addendum to her book! LOL.
If this is what you may think about this issue, consider the nature of lies. Nobody ever lies to protect or preserve goodness of heart, or for anything good. Goodness of heart, she of all people would be open and truthful about this especially with the speculation continuing two years later!
Are you aware of the story she has told about her own labour and birth? It is beyond bizarre and anyone who believes it should give me one hundred dollars because I will make them a millionaire, trust me.
If she did as you speculated, she did not need to tell this crazy story, among others. Was it Satan, backing up the lie? And then again, when she said she almost had an abortion but did not?

Just how many times did she lie to cover up this loving, compassionate act and make the choice to deceive the public?
Nobody involved that could set it straight is being honest and open, and all conversation about it is met with defensive attacks to the point where even your sweet questioning is peppered with apologies for daring to even mention it. If she were going to be open-hearted and honest she would have by now, and championed all those things you mention, but she has only promoted herself and hidden the truth. Someone else will blow the whistle and there will not be any redemption for her because in the end, she made the decision and has only covered for it with lie after lie, some at the expense of her own family, so that excuse does not hold water either.
Nobody buys that she was being compassionate in her decision and all the other decisions that resulted. Lies are not afforded that luxury, let alone when they are meant to dupe and exploit the American people en masse. No, she will be ruined, I am afraid. But it will be her fault this time. Media cannot be blamed for this one!
ps. you really believe she faked it, huh?

    la pure verite -

Could you go into any more detail on that possible adoption ring scandal?

  16. Repack Rider says:

[Limbaugh] was also caught going to a country with his doctors prescription of Viagra,

Part of his problem was that the Viagra was prescribed for someone else, which made Limbaugh a drug smuggler in addition to being a drug addict. The country he was visiting was one of the poorest in the Western Hemisphere, the Dominican Republic, whose only known tourist attraction is teenage prostitutes (of both sexes). It’s not a place where you would take a golfing vacation.

Maybe one of our nutwing trolls could speculate on why Mr. Limbaugh went there with a year’s supply of dick starch. I’ll bet the reason his three wives all left was so they could get laid.

  17. TruthLover says:

That certainly is the “forgiving Christian” Fairytale about Trig Palin. My understanding of Sarah’s motives are quite different. Sarah is a narcissist. She doesn’t do anything unless it benefits her. She uses Trig constantly as a political pawn and your fairytale is just another version of that. She is a selfish, dishonest opportunist. She did not give birth to Trig nor did she “adopt” him for altruistic reasons. This will all be coming to light soon and if the Palinbots try to rewrite reality to portray Sarah as a saint, it’s just one more lie is Sarahs. Last year someone published an entire list of her lies.

I’d like to hear more about the nefarious adoption story too. Palin will do anything, step on anyone, even her family, to get what she wants. It’s about time someone told the truth about Palin to stop her delusions of her and her followers.

  18. EOM says:

To be fair, the DomRep actually has some very fancy golf resorts and is a great vacation place if you love the beach. The poverty outside of the tourist resorts is sort of stunning though. The thing I never could get was WHY anyone would take viagra TO the DomRep unless they were worried about quality issues. Every other road side stand there advertises viagra for sale.

Obama Advisor to Elderly: “We’re Going to Let You Die”

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) — Former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin got pilloried for suggesting that the government-run health care system set up under the bills in Congress would lead to “death panels.”

But, now, a video has surfaced showing Obama economics advisor Robert Reich essentially admitting Palin was right.

Reich, the former Clinton administration Labor Secretary has been caught on tape making a death panel confession.

In a 2007 speech at the University of California at Berkeley, Reich began his address by saying he was going to deliver a refreshingly honest talk about health care from the vantage point of an insider who would never run for president.

“In other words, this is what the truth is,” he said.

Reich admitted: “If you’re very old, we’re not going to give you all that technology and all those drugs for the last couple of years of your life. It’s too expensive…so we’re going to let you die.”“

Also, I’m going to use the bargaining leverage of the federal government … to force drug companies and insurance companies and medical suppliers to reduce their costs,” he admitted. “What that means, less innovation and that means less new products and less new drugs on the market which means you are probably not going to live much longer than your parents.”

Gary Bauer, a pro-life former presidential candidate who is the head of American Values, calls Reich’s words “pretty shocking stuff.”"

“The media just couldn’t believe it when Sarah Palin suggested that government-run, socialized healthcare would lead to ‘we’re going to let you die’ death panels,” he said in response. “But that’s exactly what Reich said.”"

“To the bean counting bureaucrats, your life is a burden, not a blessing,” Bauer continued. “So Big Government is going to dictate what healthcare you can and cannot receive.”"

“Need critical surgery? Maybe not. Suffering from serious pain? Sorry. Need cancer treatment? Too bad,” he said in an email to LifeNews.com.

“How could anyone possibly call that reform? Sadly, many politicians do,” he concluded. “Reich essentially admitted that Palin was right.”
