Oliver, you know the threshold: unless someone outright calls Obama the N-word, it doesn’t count. Hints, subtle cues, wink&nods…all these things can be interpreted a buhmillion different ways and gives the racists enough cover.

Anything else Tammy Bruce ever did with her pet raccoon in regards to either Obama or a person of color that might lend even just the slightest bit of credence to your hypothesis that this was somehow meant to be a racist depiction of Obama, Pyrme?
