“Unnamed sources” are present in every administration. Man up and deal with it.
The article you link to cites anonymous sources who at least were in attendance at the event in question. That’s cowardly but nothing like the article I’m talking about. Not a single source corroborates the supposed emotion of the president.
This is what Michelle does in between looking for black crime stories and getting wingnut welfare segments on Fox
It’s not so much they fall for it as “they want to believe,” even when fact and reason show it can’t be.
These are the faith-based, as opposed to the reality based folks.
