Sadly, this kind of thing is becoming common on the right.

    Becoming?

  2. Dennis says:

Jim Hoft must be sinking some battleships for all the attention he’s been getting here.

Yeah, Must be a racist. That’s why he defended Kenneth Gladney from all the nutroots who called him a sellout and who kept suspiciously quiet when the SEIU thug called him the N-word. Because he doesn’t like black people.

    Typical.

  3. Indeed says:

    Becoming?

  4. jr says:

    Birds of a feather

  5. Dennis says:

Jim Hoft scores some direct hits against the Left.

Oliver makes the racist charge against him.

Sadly, this kind of thing is becoming common at the odubyadotcom.

  6. Indeed says:

Just so’s we’re all on topic, on the same page, and what have you:

    http://www.adl.org/learn/ext_us/CCCitizens.asp?xpicked

    and, from O-Dub’s link,

Apparently, Jim Hoft originally posted a link directly to the white supremacist site! Under pressure from fellow conservatives, he moved that link to a new place. Still under pressure, he got rid of it. Yet he still is fine linking to a video on a white supremacist youtube channel that deliberately misrepresents what is known and attempts to portray this as a racially motivated crime despite the fact that no news outlets have reported the skin color of the assailants or suggested anything about such a motive.

Also, a quick google search revealed that this is not the first time Jim Hoft has linked to the white supremacist Council of Conservative Citizens. Note that shortly after linking to the “St. Louis C of CC” blog, Hoft writes, “Barack Obama Attacked White People!”

  7. Indeed says:

    Yeah, Must be a racist. That’s why…

Now I’m pretty sure that “Dennis” is “Jesse Lee Willis, Auto Mechanic” (no relation to O-Dub).

  8. Wilbur says:

Jim Hoft must be sinking some battleships for all the attention he’s been getting here.

We must be sinking a lot of your battleships for all the attention you’ve been giving us, Dennis.

Yeah, Must be a racist. That’s why he defended Kenneth Gladney from all the nutrootzzzzzzz……

If he ever defended a black person who didn’t agree with him politically I’d be more impressed.

So, Dennis, would you ever link approvingly to anything on the Kouncil of Koncerned Kitizens website?

  9. Dennis says:

    C’mon, Wilbur. <a href="http://www.blogger.com/profile/03825480637498857870 St. Louis Pushback???

Get real. 82 profile views for the whole blog? 0 comments on that thread?

This blog is intended to push back against the nonsense and misinformation being put forward by the leaders of the St. Louis Tea Party movement.

As many of you guys like to say ‘Bwahahahaha’.

  10. Dennis says:

    St. Louis Pushback?

And that blog post was from last Saturday. So why the post here today?

    Hm.

  11. Indeed says:

So, Dennis, would you ever link approvingly to anything on the Kouncil of Koncerned Kitizens website?

    Apparently he would.

  12. Crusty Dem says:

Dennis is right. At first I thought the evidence of linking to known racists was undeniable, but clearly the post is over 48 hours old and not well read, so the screen caps must be fabricated.

Is Dennis real or some liberal’s sockpuppet here to make us all feel smart?

  13. Indeed says:

And that blog post was from last Saturday. So why the post here today?

Be…cause O-Dub doesn’t care for racist assholes? Yes. That’s what I’m going with. Because O-Dub doesn’t care for racist assholes!

  14. Dennis says:

Because O-Dub doesn’t care for racist assholes!

By definition, all Obama dissenters are racist assholes to you two, Aqualung ed.

So why a link to a two day old post from an unknown, obscure blog, besides an unexplained ax to grind?

One would’ve had to do some serious digging to find that one.

  15. Quaker in a Basement says:

Hey, c’mon! Just because Hoft links to white supremacist Web sites and tells lies about black people? What’s racist about that?

  16. Wilbur says:

Boy, Dennis you’re really obsessed with this obscure St. Louis blogger. I mean checking out his profile views? You must really be worried.

Watch out, Dennis, we’ve sunk your battleship and we’re going after your aircraft carrier.

Focus, Dennis, focus: would you ever link approvingly to anything on the K.K.K. website? If not, why not?

  17. Jaim says:

Dennis, for a guy who linked to Stormfront from this very blog, you should probably just shut the fuck up.

  18. Dennis says:

Hey, c’mon! Just because Hoft links to white supremacist Web sites and tells lies about black people?

Laughably hypocritical, Quibbie. First, you’d never let it slide if a conservative linked to a site as obscure as that one. And two, if a black kid got the shit beat out of him by two white guys and the rest of the white school kids on the bus cheered wildly as they did it, I don’t think you guys would be listening to anyone who might’ve speculated that it wasn’t racially motivated.

Calling that a racist incident to you is telling lies about black people?

  19. Quaker in a Basement says:

First, you’d never let it slide if a conservative linked to a site as obscure as that one. And two, if a black kid got the shit beat out of him by two white guys and the rest of the white school kids on the bus cheered wildly as they did it, I don’t think you guys would be listening to anyone who might’ve speculated that it wasn’t racially motivated.

    If? If?

I can’t argue with things you imagine, Dennis. Mr. Hoft links with approval to a site that claims a racial attack on a white victim when he doesn’t even know the race of the attackers!

  20. Indeed says:

Occam’s razor. “Dennis” has to be “Jesse Lee Willis, Auto Mechanic”. (I guarantee he’s already Googled it. Heh.)

  21. Dennis says:

Dennis, for a guy who linked to Stormfront from this very blog,….

I linked to that site to prove to Quibbie that his use of the moniker ‘Obammy’ was a racist term, as evidenced by a racist screed by someone at that site popping up as the first return from googling the word “Obammy”. Linking to it for illustrative purposes for Quibbie doesn’t mean I subscribe to anything about them, asshole.

You’re a dishonest piece of shit, Jaims.

    Everyone knows that.

  22. Quaker in a Basement says:

his use of the moniker ‘Obammy’ was a racist term

    You never did explain that.

  23. Wilbur says:

Dennis, Dennis, try to get your obsession under control!

First, you’d never let it slide if a conservative linked to a site as obscure as that one.

Depends: if it’s just some obscure blogger’s opinion, then yeah, we might say who gives a shit what he thinks. If the obscure blogger posts factual information then we’d have to deal with it.

This obscure blogger posted factual information: that Gateway linked to racially biased claims on a racist site. Are you denying that happened? If not, deal with it!

Your aircraft carrier is taking on water, Dennis.

And I’d still like to know: would you link approvingly to the K.K.K. site? If not, why not?

  24. ‘Jim Hoft scores some direct hits against the Left.’

You consider linking to a White Supremacist website a hit?

The guy is a douchebag; why are you defending him?

  25. Indeed says:

Dennis, for a guy who linked to Stormfront from this very blog,

Wow, is that really true? Apparently. But what else would expect from “Jesse Lee Willis, Auto Mechanic” aka “Dennis”?

  26. Jaim says:

You linked to a known hate-site, potentially driving traffic to them bigot Dennis. You are a fucking moron. Period.

  27. Jaim says:

Yup, he linked to stormfr*nt. Thought it was funny.

  28. Indeed says:

And I’d still like to know: would you link approvingly to the K.K.K. site? If not, why not?

“Dennis” is too chickenshit to answer that simple, direct question (Schmidt? Tenets of the Laffer Curve?). But I guarantee he would absolutely link approvingly to Gatewaypundit approved websites. That’s how “Dennis” rolls.

  29. ‘And two, if a black kid got the shit beat out of him by two white guys and the rest of the white school kids on the bus cheered wildly as they did it, I don’t think you guys would be listening to anyone who might’ve speculated that it wasn’t racially motivated.’

Right, because that simply wouldn’t happen in America today; EVERYONE knows White people are overwhelmingly oppressed by Black people because Barack Obama is President, and thus sanctions it.

  30. Indeed says:

    Everyone knows that.

    “Dennis” is 7 years old.

  31. Dennis says:

‘Potentially driving traffic to them’… you’re an idiot for someone as educated as you profess to be.

Maybe that explains your gross underachieving.

How many of you clowns clicked the link? Four? five?

Meanwhile you’ve mentioned their name fifteen times since then, potentially driving traffic to them.

Talk about a hypocritical fucking moron.

    Yeesh.

  32. Indeed says:

Talk about a hypocritical fucking moron.

    Yeah! Everyone knows that!

  33. Jaim says:

Dennis, just how exactly do you think an internet link works? Here’s a hint, shit for brains: you have to put in code, like you did when you linked to the biggest hate-site on the web because you thought it was funny.

It’s painful to see you get dumber every time you post one of your asinine comments.

No wonder you daughters hate you. Nobody likes a bigot. Or a dumbass.

  34. Dennis says:

his use of the moniker ‘Obammy’ was a racist term

    You never did explain that.

Quibbie, if I google the term “Obammy” you used to describe Obama in which you denied was a racist term, and the first hit is a link to Stormfront where a guy there uses it in a racist manner, and if according the usual race-baiters here I am a racist for merely linking to it to prove a point, then it would therefore stand to reason that it has to be a racist term according to those same race-baiting yahoos here.

    So sayeth the Dennis.

  35. Jaim says:

    Keep digging, little Dennis.

  36. Dennis says:

So it’s now the 8th link. And you just displayed a google search that showed a Stormfront link, potentially driving traffic to their site.

    Fucking dumbass moron.

  37. Indeed says:

So Dennis links to them, but says he doesn’t approve of Stormfront, but totally digs the “Council of Conservative Citizens”. Got it. Klassy.

  38. Dennis says:

No wonder you daughters hate you.
    –Coward Jaims

You have a bizarrely strange fascination with my daughters, Jaims.

John Mark Karr creepiness. You two have way too much in common for someone teaching little 5 year olds.

Your headmaster really needs to know all about you.

Want to give me his email address now, or do you want me to have to do a little digging to find it?

  39. Burn says:

Hey, how about that Tom Delay? He sure can shakes his ass and cha-cha

  40. Dennis says:

So Dennis links to them, but says he doesn’t approve of Stormfront, but totally digs the “Council of Conservative Citizens”. Got it. Klassy.
    –Aqualung ed

I don’t know jack about either site, unlike you apparently. Even still, you have to ask yourselves how anyone would’ve ever even just happened to stumble upon so obscure and inconsequential of a website. A local St Louis website solely dedicated to attacking Hoft and Dana Loesch.

One would have to go digging. Like with a shovel and a magnifying glass.

    Weird.

  41. Its almost fun watching Dennis spin like a top. Don’t want righties to be called racists? Don’t like to the blogs of racists.

    This is very easy.

  42. Indeed says:

I don’t know jack about either site, unlike you apparently.

Just trying to stay on topic: You know, how your buddy Gatewaypundit links to White Supremacist websites. I learned all about it right here, by staying on topic. Try it sometime, “Jesse Lee Willis, Auto Mechanic”.

  43. Parthenon says:

File this one under ‘Why only .00000000001% of minorities vote Republican, exhibit quintuple Z,’ I suppose.

  44. Quaker in a Basement says:

I don’t know jack about either site,

But you know enough to have an opinion about whether or not it’s a mark of racism to link to them.

    That’s amazing.

  45. Jaim says:

    Haha! More threats from Dennis!

I can’t believe you provide this much entertainment and you don’t even ask Oliver for a paycheck Dennis.

  46. Dennis says:

But you know enough to have an opinion about whether or not it’s a mark of racism to link to them.
    – Quaker

What’s that supposed to mean? You guys talk about Stormfront all the time.

Here’s seven full pages of search results using Oliver’s search engine for the word ‘Stormfront.

At least a couple hundred references to the site. Appears to be one of the most favorite words to use around here.

Not many of you seems to be the least bit concerned about Potentially driving traffic to the site.

  47. Dennis says:

Woke up this morning, went for my run, came home and had a V-8, and after that first sip realized that I think I solved this mystery of why Oliver would take the time to dig up this obscure hit piece from an obscure website from a long time ago, and then link to it.

Jim Hoft was one of the bloggers who brought to light and embarrassed all the the nutroots bloggers who called Jim Blunt a racist by reporting that Jim Blunt had made the same speech about the golf course and the monkeys in India who threw the golf balls all the way back in 2006, well before Obama had even hinted he was running for President.

And that he had made the same speech and references to the story many times since. In effect, leftist bloggers who did their race-baiting before they did their homework. Leftist bloggers who got Pwned.

So what to do? ‘Pushback’, say the leftist bloggers,a lmost all in unison.

    But how?

Some genius yells out “Just Google ‘pushback’ and ‘Jim Hoft’ and see what comes up.”

    End of story.

And it all started with the posting on here of the embarrassing November 2006 revelation of Jim Blunt’s famous monkey/golf ball speech

In which O Dubya must have shrieked:

    Oh no-oooooo!

    You sank my battleship!!!

  48. Bobby Thomson says:

Shorter Dennis/Gateway Pundit: If people tell racist stories over a period of years they lose their racist character.

Notice he never defends the Gateway Pundit post in question, and never answers the question of whether he would deliberately link to a known racist website. The answer is obviously that he would and most likely has.

  49. Indeed says:

And yet this so-called “Gatewaypundit” likes to link to White Supremacist websites–that simple fact has not changed. But that’s not especially unusual, this day in age.

  50. Dennis says:

Shorter Dennis/Gateway Pundit: If people tell racist stories over a period of years they lose their racist character.

Complete horseshit, Bobby Thornton. We’ve been in the age of Youtube for a long time, now. If that was racist back when he first gave the analogy, the the nutroots vlogs would’ve been all over it like they were with the macaca video. They didn’t because it wasn’t racist then.
And it isn’t now, either. Go ahead and make the case for it, then, if you can. So far, no one has.

  51. Indeed says:

We’ve been in the age of Youtube for a long time, now. If that was racist back when he first gave the analogy, the the nutroots vlogs would’ve been all over it like they were with the macaca video.

Um, it seems you’re conflating two different events. This post and thread is (ostensibly) about Gatewaypundit linking to the “Council of Conservative Citizens” (the “CCC”, get it?) a racist organization, not some other “analogy”. The CCC has always been racist. Look it up; there are several links and relevant quotes right here on this page.

Some advice for you, “Dennis”. If you don’t want to sound like an Onionesque character defending racist assholes like “Gatewaypundit,” you may wish to first remove Rush Limbaugh’s cock from your mouth (figuratively speaking, of course).

  52. Dennis says:

you may wish to first remove Rush Limbaugh’s cock from your mouth (figuratively speaking, of course).
    –Aqualung Indeed

What is it with liberals’ obsession with cocks in mouths, stalking, race-baiting, and all things Rush, Aqualung ed?

Weird. If cocks in mouths is your thing, fine, but why do you use it as a club (figuratively speaking, of course)?

  53. Indeed says:

So no comment on Gatewaypundit’s linking to an overtly and unambiguously racist organization, the “CCC”. Just checking.

  54. Dennis says:

I’m still in shock at yours and Jaim’s penchant for perversity regarding little girls, Aqualung Indeed.

Do you have any comment on why searching on the word ‘Stormfront’ on Oliver’s website would yield seven full pages of google hits, with most of the hits having multiple references to that website?

Any comment as to just how much traffic the hundreds of references here to that overtly and unambiguously racist organization might’ve generated when all was said and done, Aqualung ed?

    I’ll wait for your guesstimate.

  55. Indeed says:

Still no comment on Gatewaypundit’s linking to an overtly and unambiguously racist organization, the “CCC” (get it?). Shocker.

  56. Dennis says:

    It’s a non-event written by a non-entity, Pervert ed.

  57. Indeed says:

    It’s a non-event written by a non-entity

Good to know that right-wing bloggers link to racist websites so frequently that it’s now considered a non-event when they do.

Official Republican leaders sure seem to think the CCC (get it?) is a legitimate entity (from the link in his very post):

Despite its record, the CCC has been successful in drawing southern politicians to its events: the 1998 revelation that then Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott had been a frequent speaker before the group drew substantial media attention. Mississippi governor Haley Barbour, Mississippi state senators and several state representatives have appeared in recent years.

    Trent Lott. Go figure.

Stay kkklyassy, “Jesse Lee Willis, Auto Mechanic” Dennis.

  58. Wilbur says:

Do you have any comment on why searing for szzzzz……”

Do you have any comment on the topic of this thread? Would you link approvingly to the K.K.K. site, Dennis? If not, why not?

The more you avoid the issue the more your aircraft carrier takes on water.

  59. Wilbur says:

    crap.

  60. Dennis says:

Aqualung Indeed, every one of your arguments comes down to, “but, but, but , but…Lee Atwater!.”

    “…bit, but, but, but….Rush Limbaugh”

I feel sorry for you, your arguments are so weak.
    —-

Jim Hoft of Gateway Pundit is not a “borderline illiterate bigot.” We have worked with Jim on several projects dating back a couple of years, and our personal experience with him is nothing short of a complete pleasure. We have seen exactly zero indication of either illiteracy, or bigotry. Jim has never displayed even the slightest hint of any form of bigotry or hatred, other than towards Jihadis and people who support them (think Code Pink).

Every personal experience we have ever had with Jim Hoft has revealed him to be a world-class gentleman with a terrific sense of humor. He’s a guy who is fun to work with and be around.

If Jim Hoft is a bigot, he is the kind who appears to enjoy the company of Jews, black people, and anti-jihad Muslims. In fact, we would go so far as to say, and others would likely agree, the Jewish and anti-Jihad Muslim community has a tremendous friend in Jim Hoft. That’s some bigot.
    —-

Really, you guys ought be embarrassed over this one.

If only shame were in your genetic make-up, that is.

  61. Indeed says:

I feel sorry for you, your arguments are so weak.

If Jim Hoft is a bigot, he is the kind who appears to enjoy the company of Jews, black people, and anti-jihad Muslims

Ah, the “some of his best friends are black (etc.)” defense. Now that’s a strong argument.

Did “Gatewaypundit” link to an overt and unambiguously racist website or not? (Psst: I know the answer, it’s an easy one.)

  62. Dennis says:

He defended vociferously a black gentleman against an SEIU thug who has been arrested and charged with assault against him and called him the N-word, a racist bigot thug that YOU defended.

Why do you defend racist, bigot thugs who throw punches at blacks half his size simply because he sold some anti-Obama flags, Aqualung ed?

Why do you defend racists such as Rev. Wright?

(Psst: I know the answer, it’s an easy one.)

  63. Quaker in a Basement says:

    What’s that supposed to mean?

It means you just admitted you don’t know anything about the Pushback site or the Stormfront site. Yet you’re still comfortable chipping your two bits into the discussion.

You get confused a lot, have you noticed that?

  64. Quaker in a Basement says:

He defended vociferously a black gentleman against an SEIU thug who has been arrested and charged with assault against him and called him the N-word, a racist bigot thug that YOU defended.

Are you telling us the “SEIU thug” hates black people?

  65. PD100 says:

He defended vociferously a black gentleman against an SEIU thug who has been arrested and charged with assault against him and called him the N-word, a racist bigot thug that YOU defended.

That story is going to get sooo much traction -Wait, ACORN!!1!11!!

  66. Indeed says:

Are you telling us the “SEIU thug” hates black people?

Well, that and trying (yet again) to change the subject* with unfounded accusations.

*Gatewaypundit Likes To Link To White Supremacists (True!)

  67. Quaker in a Basement says:

Golly, I’m starting to wonder if Dennis knows what the word “racism” even means.

  68. Duros62 says:

So, Dennis, would you ever link approvingly to anything on the Kouncil of Koncerned Kitizens website?

    No, just Stormfront.

  69. Dennis says:

It means you just admitted you don’t know anything about the Pushback site…

Can anyone here say they had ever even heard of this site? That was my whole poit, Quibbie. To have found this site one would’ve had to go searching for any kind of dirt on Hoft. To have gone searching for dirt one would likely have been burned by the guy. Just so happens, Hoft had done that with the Roy Blunt racist allegation that blew up in your collective (love that word) faces.

  70. Dennis says:

    No, just Stormfront.</blockquote
    –Duros62

As usual, late to the party and completely oblivious.

    See above, Duros.

  71. Dennis says:

Golly, I’m starting to wonder if Dennis knows what the word “racism” even means.

I do think a black guy calling a guy a nigger and a sell-out and beating the shit out of him is a type of bigotry that comes under racism, Quibbie, yes.

  72. Wilbur says:

Can anyone here say they had ever even heard of this site? That was my whole poit, Quibbie. To have found this site one would’ve had to go searching for any kind of dirt on Hoft

Neither you nor I know what Oliver did to be alerted to this site, Dennis. It might have required no digging at all. Maybe Oliver has a friend in St. Louis who twittered him and said “look what this asshole Gateway Pundit did”.

But let’s suppose he did dig for hours and hours to find dirt on Gateway pundit. Your arguments against Oliver and against the St. Louis blogger are nothing more than ad hominem. No amount of misbehavior on either of their parts changes the fact that Gateway embarrassed himself by linking to a racist post on a racist site.

And you’re not man enough to admit it.

  73. Dennis says:

I don’t think he’s a racist, Wilbur, and we only know what some neophyte blogger with a weird obession for Jim Hoft and Dana Loesch wrote, which for me makes the guy suspect. It should be for you, too, Wilbur. Honestly.

  74. Wilbur says:

and we only know what some neophyte blogger with a weird obession for Jim Hoft and Dana Loesch wrote

Holy cow, Dennis! It’s just this guy’s opinion that there’s a link to the CCC video on Gateway’s site?? The video is still there! Go and look for yourself! It’s not anyone’s opinion, it’s a freakin fact.

As for there being a original direct link to the CCC site, that comes not originally from the St. Louis blogger but this conservative blogger, who has taken Gateway off his blogroll as a result. Is he a nefarious grudge-humper too?

I never said Gateway is racist. I don’t know whether he is or not because I never read his shitty site. I do believe that he is okay with linking approvingly to racist sources. I say that not because some guy with a blog somewhere says it, but because he is actually doing it, right now.

Jesus, Dennis, if you ever want to grow up and learn to talk like an honest and principled conservative, visit the politicalbyline link above and learn.
