One thing my father instilled in our family was the absolute NECESSITY of eating together as a family. Things are learned,shared, and issues get addressed. I just didn’t know my dad was such a Commie! I want my TV dinners back!LOL

In my household, my husband and I insist on family dinners every night we’re at home. No TV (it’s in a separate room) and no computer until dinner’s over and homework is done. We don’t even allow TV/computer in the morning on school days.
When my grades slipped in high school I was banned from TV during the school week. Now I know that I was basically raised in Castro’s Cuba.
I don’t expect any better from the GOP. Half of them still own slaves, plantations and cotton fields. They can’t see beyond hate to guide America into the future. Damn shame.
