    They voted for it.
    Some did, and they were wrong to (though not responsible for the strategy). And even with that blot, they’re still not as consistently as wrong as Cheney.

    Cheney didn’t technically invade Iraq either
    Just the policy’s architect and chief advocate.

    So your point, as always, is moo.
